Flint is a graduate of Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. While there,
he was editor of the university's newspaper and a member of the
Northwestern Glee Club. He published the Pan American Magazine and created The
Americas Foundation in 1942. He dedicated the Avenue of the Americas in New York City in
1946 and reorganized the Inter American Press Association in 1950. This was followed by
the special convocation honoring the late Alberto Gainza Paz, Argentina's famed publisher
Of La Prensa, during Northwestern's centennial year celebration in 1951 with the
attendance of leading United States publishers from coast-to-coast. He is a 50-year life member of the University Club in New York and retired head of Famous Features Syndication, He was elected president of the senior class of Vincennes High School in 1917. Distinguished Alumni 1994 Class of 1917
