SCHEDULE
1. Overall Schedule:

2. Activities Last 30 Days:
            a. Completed installation of gymnasium bleachers.
            b. Completed installation of casework.
            c. Completed all ceilings.
            d. Completed installation mechanical HVAC systems.
            e. Completed installation of all plumbing fixtures.
            f. Continued installation of site concrete.
            g. Started the polishing of all terrazzo.

3. Activities Next 30 Days:
            a. Complete exterior site concrete.
            b. Start asphalt paving.
            c. Complete the building air flush.
            d. Complete the installation and polish of all terrazzo.
            e. Complete all marker boards and tack boards.
            f. Start installation of LCD overhead projectors.
            g. Start installation of electronic security/surveillance system.
            h. Complete fiber optic connection between the High School and the new Middle School.
            i. Complete all interior finishes.
            j. Continue Punch List work and remediation.
