Mrs. Jeanne Heiden-Student Services Coordinator

Mrs. Heiden was born in Vincennes, IN and then grew up in Plainfield, IN.  She graduated from Plainfield High School in 2000 and later graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Psychology.  Mrs. Heiden worked as a child and adolescent case manager in mental health prior to coming to Clark Middle School.  

Mrs. Heiden is married to Jon Heiden who teaches social studies and coaches football at Lincoln High School.  They have a 5 year old son named Carson and an almost 4 year old daughter named Reese.  

Mrs. Heiden loves working with students to help them be their very best. 




Mrs. Jill Lopez - Professional School Counselor

Mrs. Jill Lopez has been the School Counselor for Clark Middle School since the 2010-11 school year.  She graduated from Lincoln High School, Vincennes University and received her B.S and M.S. degrees in elementary education and math from Indiana State University.  Mrs. Lopez taught 7th and 8th grade math at Washington Jr. High School for 11 years, before returning to the Vincennes Community School Corporation as a 6th grade math teacher at Clark Middle School.  After receiving her M. S. Ed degree in Professional School Counseling in 2006 from ISU, she became a school counselor at Lincoln High School and subsequently returned to CMS.

Mrs. Lopez and her husband, Hank Lopez, have 3 adult children - Hank III, Amy Lopez Schotter, and Rodney.

Mrs. Lopez believes that having an education and learning to deal with problems effectively are essential components for students to be successful on their journey to achieve their goals.
