For the Class of 2017 and beyond, Lincoln High School uses Parchment to process and deliver transcript requests. Parchment is the leading provider of Educational Records Management services. They manage the ordering and secure delivery of student transcripts for secondary and postsecondary institutions nationwide.

Transcripts or potential employer graduation verification requests may be faxed to 812-885-1431, Attn. Registrar.
Provide the following information in your request:
- Entire legal name during attendance
- Date of birth
- Year of graduation
- Destination of records: name of institution or employer, address or fax number
- Permission to release by signature and date.
