Mission and Vision Statement
LINCOLN HIGH SCHOOL IS COMMITTED TO EDUCATING ALL STUDENTS FOR SUCCESS IN A DYNAMIC SOCIETY
EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE EVERYDAY
Statement of Beliefs
We believe that Lincoln High School is a partnership between students, parents, faculty, administration, and community. Only through the cooperation of all members of the partnership can a curriculum and program of activities be offered to fulfill the potentials of a students body with diverse social, economic, physical, and intellectual levels.
Students, parents, faculty, administration, and members of the community share responsibility for the success of the school’s curriculum and program of activities and for the suggestion of improvements.
A well-rounded student, capable of assuming a productive place in society, can be educated through the cooperative efforts of our staff, faculty, counselors, and administration.
Each student should be educated to the full extent of his or her capabilities.
Our educational effectiveness should be frequently evaluated with regard to evolving social needs.
It has always been, and will continue to be, the desire of the Vincennes Community School Corporation and of Lincoln High School to provide the best education possible to the students of this community.
Students enrolled, or intending to enroll, at Lincoln High School are not denied enrollment in ant class because of sex, race, color, religion, national origin or disability.
