I love dogs because dogs like to play with me.
I like it when they jump on me and lick me to
show me they love me too.
There are lots of kinds of dogs.

My favorite kind of dog is black, little, short skinny,
and has short straight soft hair.
It is my dog.
It takes a lot of work to have a dog.
I have to feed my dog every
day and give him water.
I have to give him a bath when
he is dirty.
I play with him to keep him
happy.
I take him to the vet to get
shots.
I have to clean up his messes.
But it is worth all the work because
He plays with me every day
and keeps me company.
He makes me laugh.
He makes me feel safe at night
when he sleeps in my room.
He lets me be the boss.
