Franklin Elementary celebrated the 100th day of school by turning an ordinary school day into a fun and memorable milestone.
Many Vikings, and even teachers, arrived dressed as if they were 100 years old, sporting gray hair, glasses, canes, and creative outfits that filled the hallways with smiles and laughter.

In Mrs. Wyant’s class, students used a photo filter to see what they might look like at 100 years old, adding an extra layer of excitement and curiosity to the celebration.
Classrooms throughout the school were filled with hands-on activities centered around the number 100.
Students counted and sorted items such as snacks and classroom materials into groups of 100, helping strengthen math skills through interactive learning.
Reading also played a role in the day’s activities, with students enjoying books focused on the number 100. Many students also created hats proudly proclaiming they are 100 days smarter.
The 100th day of school served as a reminder that each lesson and each school day builds toward meaningful growth and achievement.
