At CMS, these two leaders bring energy, support, and a strong commitment to helping students and staff succeed.
In her first year, Mrs. McCormick has stepped into leadership with dedication, positivity, and a drive to grow that is already making a difference at CMS.
Mr. Pfoff brings a steady presence and renewed spark to CMS, continuously growing as a leader while supporting teachers through coaching, restorative practices, and meaningful feedback. His impact is seen in the way he encourages others while building strong relationships.
“Both bring unique strengths and personalities to our CMS admin team, making us stronger together. The strength of this team is special—we show up, step up, and support others and one another in ways that don’t always get the recognition they deserve. Like the best teams, they make it look effortless. Working alongside both Brandon and Shelby makes me a better person and a better educator. Their leadership, patience, and commitment to students inspire me constantly. Their loyalty, care, and commitment don’t go unnoticed—they truly help create a CMS where students can grow, feel supported, and succeed,” said Principal Tricia Hall.
Thank you, Mr. Pfoff and Mrs. McCormick, for everything you do for our students!
