Little Alice Learning Center Director Mrs. Jeanette Johnson recently completed her participation in Building Impact, a two-year leadership initiative presented by Early Learning Indiana in partnership with the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership at National Louis University.
Through the program, Johnson had access to expert coaching, peer networks and dedicated administrative support.
Building Impact focused on key areas including curriculum enhancement, data literacy and positive change management.
Through the initiative, leaders sharpened their skills in these areas and implemented new, targeted classroom strategies.
Johnson’s completion of the two-year initiative will help Little Alice Learning Center continue its commitment to providing a safe, supportive and highly enriching learning experience for students while supporting the school environment for students, families and staff.
