The Vincennes Community School Corporation is standing in support of School Board President Pat Hutchison, who has recently been diagnosed with lymphoma.
Hutchison will begin treatment next week.
To show our support for Pat during this fight, EI Sports has launched a Team Shop where community members can purchase apparel and gear.
North Knox is also launching a similar fundraiser, and together, we hope to make a meaningful impact.
Orders can be shipped directly to your home or picked up at the Vincennes Lincoln Athletic Office.
The shop will remain open until Monday, February 10.
Orders will be process once the shop closes.
Vincennes Lincoln will receive $5.00 for every item purchased.
All money raised will be given to Pat to assist with expenses during his treatment.
VCSC Superintendent Greg Parsley expressed his support, stating this is a great way to show support to a person who is one of the strongest supporters and believers in the green and white.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with Pat and his family. We know that he is one of the strongest individuals, and he will beat this. He is a fighter!"
