Clark Middle School received a powerful boost on Monday, but it had nothing to do with a power outage.
Instead, Duke Energy’s Kurt Phegley stopped by to present a grant check on behalf of the Duke Energy Foundation.
The grant will directly benefit both the Lincoln High School and Clark Middle School Robotics Teams, helping to cover supplies and competition fees for the season.
Additionally, the funding will support Darrell Hicklin’s Robotics and Engineering classes at Clark Middle School, ensuring students have the tools they need to explore hands-on STEM learning.
