Hands-On Science with Mrs. Telligman’s Class

Mrs. Telligman’s fourth grade class brought science to life this week with a series of hands-on learning activities. Students explored wavelengths, examined fossils, studied different types of soil, and even took part in excavation activities.

Kindness Week - Wear Red

On Friday, students and staff wore red to remind everyone that "we show love with our words and actions".

Kindness Week - Wear Blue

On Thursday, students and staff wore blue to remind everyone that "we use calm bodies and listening ears".

Kindness Week - Wear Yellow

On Wednesday, students and staff wore yellow to remind everyone that "we shine by learning and smiling".

Kindness Week - Wear Orange

On Tuesday, students and staff wore orange to remind everyone that "we include others and use kind words".

Kindness Week - Wear Green

Students and staff kicked off Kindness Week by wearing green, highlighting a different theme each day. Green represented "we grow our brains and our kindness".

Second Grade Welcomes 2026

Mrs. Koenig’s class welcomed 2026 with a joyful toast party, where students wrote New Year’s resolutions or ways to spread kindness before enjoying toast topped with their own “butter of joy,” jelly, and cinnamon sugar.

Straight from Whoville to THE! Our students brought the holiday spirit with big hair, bold styles, and plenty of Grinch-worthy creativity during Whoville Hair Day at Tecumseh-Harrison Elementary.
