On Thursday, fifth graders from Franklin Elementary School visited Vincennes University, where they spent the day participating in hands-on activities designed to build awareness and understanding of disabilities.
Through these experiences, students learned more about the challenges individuals with disabilities may face and gained insight into how people with disabilities live, work, and navigate everyday life.
