Franklin Elementary 3rd grader Isabel made some new friends at lunch today!
She won Lunch with a Police Officer at the silent auction during Franklin’s annual Chili Supper, and got to enjoy a fun lunch with VCSC Police Officers Cody Jones and Joshua Shipman.
