The Vincennes Community School Corporation will once again participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2026–2027 school year.

That means every VCSC student will receive free breakfast and lunch throughout the 2026–2027 school year.

No meal application is required, and no further action is needed from families.

• Complete the Returning Student Registration form if your child is:
• Currently enrolled and returning for the 2026–2027 school year,
• Previously attended a VCSC school, moved away, and is now returning, or
• Completed kindergarten pre-registration this past spring (parents should have received an email from PowerSchool with login information in the middle of July).

Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, Indiana law requires all public schools to implement policies regarding student wireless communication devices during the school day.

In accordance with Indiana Code 20-26-5-40.7, the Vincennes Community School Corporation has updated its expectations for personal electronic devices to support focused, distraction-free learning.

Lincoln High School's Back-to-School Day is Tuesday, August 4!

The start of a new school year is almost here! Stop by Lincoln High School between 2:00–6:00 p.m. to get everything you need for a great start to the year.

During Back-to-School Day, students and families can:
• Complete in-person registration
• Pay class fees
• Pick up class schedules
• Receive locker assignments and information

INCOMING FRESHMAN: Don't forget that Freshman Orientation will take place earlier that morning from 10:00–11:00 a.m. This is a student-only event designed to help the Class of 2030 get familiar with Lincoln High School before the school year begins. (Freshman orientation is a student-only event).

Chromebook distribution for freshmen will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the Media Center.

A big thank you to the Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation for donating an AED machine to Lincoln High School. The AED will be placed in the upstairs area of the school, helping provide another important layer of safety for our students, and staff. We are grateful for community partnerships like this that help support the health and well-being of everyone in our schools!
