A big thank you to the Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation for donating an AED machine to Lincoln High School. The AED will be placed in the upstairs area of the school, helping provide another important layer of safety for our students, and staff. We are grateful for community partnerships like this that help support the health and well-being of everyone in our schools!

Today, our JAG (Jobs for America’s Graduates) students at Lincoln High School had the opportunity to hear from VCSC Police Chief Aaron Luce. Chief Luce shared insight into the different education paths, training, and positions he has held throughout his career in law enforcement. Thank you to Chief Luce for taking the time to speak with our students today!

Lincoln High School Student Council is helping make finals week a little easier for students by handing out snacks throughout the week — and we’re looking for donations from our community to help make it happen!

The Amazon wishlist includes items like chips, crackers, pretzels, granola bars, popcorn, fruit snacks, candy, cookies, Rice Krispies Treats, Goldfish, Cheez-Its, Slim Jims, and other individually wrapped snacks to help keep students fueled during finals week.

Join us tomorrow evening as we celebrate the accomplishments of the Class of 2026 during Senior Awards Night! The ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m. as we recognize our seniors for their hard work, achievements, scholarships, and dedication throughout their high school journey. We look forward to celebrating this special milestone with our students, families, and community!

Congratulations to Lucas Doggett, Colton Duke, Brady Anderson, and Adelynn Lange (not pictured) on receiving scholarships from the Vincennes Kiwanis Club! We are proud of your hard work and accomplishments, and we appreciate the Kiwanis Club’s continued support of our students and community.

Just a reminder that the Vincennes Community School Corporation will have an early dismissal today. All four VCSC elementary schools will dismiss at 1:00 p.m., and Clark Middle School and Lincoln High School will dismiss at 1:30 p.m.
