If your child is in need of a winter coat, hat, or gloves, please contact your school's social worker for assistance.

REMINDER:
The Vincennes Community School Corporation will operate on a 2-hour delay on Tuesday, January 21 due to dangerously low air temperatures and wind chill.


Just a heads-up as you get ready for the week ahead—school WILL be in session tomorrow, Monday, January 20, as a snow day makeup for our closure on January 9.

The VCSC will now be in session on Monday, January 20 since yesterday was not an eLearning day. The state approved our other four eLearning days, so those will not need to be made up.

Attached is a statement from the VCSC regarding a recent security breach that affected PowerSchool. This breach affected school corporations nationwide. Currently, we do not have information specific to just the VCSC, but once we do, we will notify everyone involved.


The VCSC will be closed on Friday, January 10. It will be an eLearning day so students should check their Google Classrooms, work on packets, or check areas where teachers normally communicate with families.

Due to potential inclement weather this weekend Lincoln, Clark, Franklin, Riley, Tecumseh-Harrison, and Vigo will be open tomorrow, Friday, January 3 from 3:00 - 5:00 for students/families to get items (Chromebooks, packets,...) in the event we need to move to virtual e-learning days next week. Staff in the office will help direct you where you need to go or give you the items you need.

Current National Honor Society Students provide after-school tutoring at LHS. We have two remaining dates this semester: December 12th and December 17th. Tutoring is open to any current LHS student. Tutoring begins right after school and concludes at 4:00 p.m.
Our first spring semester tutoring date is January 14th. We would love to have your student join us!
